SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur on the carrier's side due to high volumes, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
